Kilmory Workshop sits inland from the coast road at Kilmory, at the southern end of the Isle of Arran, and is run by Dave and Carol Furze. Furze works timber felled and seasoned on the island itself, planking and turning ash, oak, sycamore, elm, larch, beech, birch, laburnum and sweet chestnut into bowls, cheeseboards, lampbases, clocks and small furniture such as coffee tables, alongside hand-thrown and glazed stoneware pottery made on site. The workshop also stocks candles from Arran Candlemakers. There is no advertised shopfront pattern of opening hours; visitors typically call ahead or time a trip around the annual Arran Open Studios event, when the workshop opens as one of the trail's stops, most recently confirmed for the 2026 event. The business operates from a single site on the island and sells directly to visitors rather than through a wider retail network.
