Mana

Mana is a single-room tasting-menu restaurant on Blossom Street in Ancoats, run by chef-owner Simon Martin, previously a head chef at Copenhagen's Noma. It opened in 2018 and won a Michelin star the following year, serving a set seasonal menu from an open kitchen where cooks and diners share the same space without a pass between them.
