Keg, Cask& Bottle

Keg, Cask & Bottle sits on Bury New Road in Prestwich, opened in 2019 by local residents Sam and Kelly after they identified a gap in the area for well-conditioned draught beer and carefully chosen packaged drinks. The shop stocks more than three hundred beers from the UK and abroad for takeaway, alongside a rotating line-up of cask ale and keg beer served in a tasting room at the back for a small corkage fee. Customers can fill reusable growlers to take draught beer home. Beyond beer, the shelves carry locally produced spirits, canned cocktails, wine and cider. The venue runs a regular events calendar of meet-the-brewer evenings and tap takeovers, and is dog-friendly, with children permitted in the tasting room until early evening.
