Middle FarmCider Barn

Part of Middle Farm at West Firle, near Lewes, the Cider Barn holds the National Collection of Cider and Perry: over 125 draught ciders and perries sourced largely from small farm producers, plus bottles running from Normandy-style perries to champagne-method ciders. Also meads, Sussex wines and beers, English country wines, liqueurs and spirits. Fresh juice is pressed from local apples each morning and sold straight from the press bed. Bring a clean container for draught. Open 9.30am to 5pm.
