Sinnamon Coffee has served the Stranmillis Road from the same corner shopfront for years, a family-run operation popular chiefly with students and young professionals from the streets around Queen's University and the Ulster Museum. The counter runs specialty coffee alongside a food menu built for quick turnaround: paninis, toasties, bagels, sandwiches and a rotating tray of bakes and cakes made in house. A second branch operates inside the Lagan Valley LeisurePlex in Lisburn, but the Stranmillis shop remains the original and the busier of the two, open seven days from eight in the morning on weekdays and nine at weekends. Deliveroo now accounts for a share of trade beyond the counter queue. The shop's location places it within easy reach of the Botanic Gardens and the university's riverside playing fields.
