The Coast House is a seven-bedroom guest house on Mumbles Road, run by three generations of the Clarke family across close to fifty years in the same seafront building. Current owner Andrew Clarke is the third generation to manage the business, which looks directly across Swansea Bay towards Mumbles Head. Rooms are mostly en suite, and breakfast includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free cooked options served each morning in the single-site property. There is no restaurant or bar beyond breakfast service, positioning it as a base for walkers and cyclists using the seafront path rather than an evening destination in itself. Its location on the main road through Mumbles puts guests within walking distance of the village's shops, pubs and pier, with the Clarke family's long tenure reflected in a steady pattern of repeat bookings.
