A free house in the village of Spaxton at the foot of the Quantocks, family run since 2000. The Grade II listed building, once two farm cottages, keeps a beamed bar with a wood burner, a skittle alley and a pool table. Beer, cider and food are served alongside a garden and car park used by walkers off the hills.
