A gin distillery set up in a two-hundred-year-old stone barn on Falls Farm, land belonging to Tom Warner's family in Harrington, founded in 2012. Visitors can walk the botanical garden used to trial ingredients, see the copper-pot stills at work, and sample gins in the on-site Tack Room Bar during scheduled visitor sessions.
