Warwicks is a family butcher on Holywood Road in east Belfast, established in 1987 by Mark Warwick's father and now run by Mark himself. The shop sources beef, lamb, pork and poultry from Northern Irish farms, with traceability back to source, and prepares its own sausages, marinades and ready meals on the premises alongside standard cuts. Staff will bone, dice or prepare meat to order rather than selling pre-packaged trays only, and the counter includes a small range of deli goods to go with the meat. It has operated from the same Holywood Road premises for close to four decades, building a local customer base through repeat trade rather than passing footfall. The shop closes on Sundays and keeps regular weekday and Saturday hours.
