The MerchantHotel

The Merchant Hotel occupies a grade A listed building on Skipper Street in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter. Five-star bedrooms come in two styles, Victorian Splendour and Art Deco Decadence, with suites named after local writers and poets and a scattering of original Victorian features and antique furniture. Eating and drinking runs from fine dining in The Great Room Restaurant to French bistro food and live jazz at Berts Jazz Bar, plus the Cloth Ear pub. There is a spa and a rooftop gym and hot tub.
