The Spaniard

The Spaniard is a small rum-focused bar on Skipper Street, opened in 2006 within Belfast's Cathedral Quarter. The single-room space pairs a long rum and cocktail list with regular live music nights, drawing a mixed crowd of regulars and visitors. Exposed brick walls and close-set seating give it an intimate, unpretentious feel suited to late-night drinking.
