Willow Grove Coffee occupies 531 Sauchiehall Street at the Woodlands end of the street, near Charing Cross, in premises the company has run since incorporating in April 2017. Owner Adele, who worked in speciality coffee in both Glasgow and Melbourne before opening the shop, bakes cakes in house and sources artisan bread and vegan pastries from the Bavarian Bakehouse. The single room fits a handful of tables and a counter for takeaway trade, serving filter and espresso coffee alongside toasties and daily specials to a mix of local residents and passing students. It trades from this one Sauchiehall Street address only, with no second branch elsewhere in the city.
