Blend &Batch

Blend & Batch occupies a double-height glazed unit on Newry Street in Banbridge, a design locally nicknamed the fish bowl for its floor-to-ceiling windows. Owners Pete and Marion run the independent coffee shop and kitchen, serving locally roasted coffee alongside a daily brunch menu from 8am to 4pm that includes avocado on sourdough, breakfast rolls and salmon dishes, plus batch-baked brownies, protein balls and pastries made on site. An evening kitchen runs Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 8pm, with Sunday hours from 8am to 5pm. The business trades from the single Banbridge premises, with no other branches, and has built a following among commuters and families as a daytime stop rather than a licensed bar.
