A restaurant on Cheadle Road run by chef David Northam and Emma since it opened in 2021, occupying part of the Georgian Heath House building outside Uttoxeter. The menu changes roughly every six weeks and draws on seasonal ingredients, with dishes cooked to order rather than from a set list.
