Isle of Coll Distillery was set up in 2021 by Andrew Cranston and Douglas Brown, both of whom have family ties to the island, using a small still to produce spirits in batches of around 80 bottles. Their Hebridean gin is infused with botanicals including heather, bog myrtle and sea kelp foraged locally. The range has since grown to include a honey gin, a gorse flower gin and a vodka.
