IVO Brewery

IVO Brewery is a small farm-based brewery on Somersham Road outside St Ives, founded in 2020 by neighbours and keen home-brewers Charlie Abbott and Jason Jones. After several years brewing at a smaller site, the pair commissioned a new brewery building at Burleigh Hill Farm in 2025, raising capacity to around ten hectolitres per batch. There is no taproom yet, though one is planned. In the meantime, beer is sold directly to the public from a small on-site shop, with fresh stock announced through the brewery's newsletter and social media. Cans and bottles can also be delivered within about ten miles of Somersham, covering St Ives, Huntingdon, Ramsey, Chatteris and Willingham. The brewery's beers are sold under its own IVO name in cans and bottles, brewed in small batches on site.
