Coffee is sourced as specialty grade rather than a standard house blend, served alongside loose-leaf tea. The business is registered as Kin Bakehouse Limited, incorporated in February 2018 ahead of opening later that year. There is no second branch; everything sold across the counter and in the kitchen comes from the Urmston site itself.
