Llety Cynin occupies a converted coach house on a working dairy farm off Llangynin Road, outside St Clears, run by Penycoed Farms Leisure Ltd since a 2006 to 2008 conversion that was extended further in 2017. The farm itself continues to milk dairy cattle using robotic milking equipment alongside sheep, chickens, pigs and goats. Guests stay in 13 en-suite rooms in the original coach house building, with complimentary access to a leisure club housing a 40-foot pool, spa pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast and other meals are served in the on-site Penny Bar and Restaurant. The property also operates as a wedding and function venue, drawing on the surrounding woodland and farmland setting rather than a town centre location.
