The Ferryman Delicatessen trades from Exeter House on King Street in Laugharne, run by an owner named Tom on the town's small historic high street near the castle and Dylan Thomas's Boathouse. The deli counter mixes Welsh and Spanish stock, Perl Las blue cheese from Cardigan and mor seaweed seasoning sit near Spanish chorizo jam and turron, and Welsh ales line the shelves. A back dining room serves lunch dishes such as lamb cawl, a cauliflower and lentil pie, and seafood chowder, plus charcuterie platters and desserts including apricot frangipane and salted caramel brownie. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options run through the menu. The Food Standards Agency's December 2025 inspection rated hygiene standards good. It opens Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.
