Darren Morgan works from premises at Waters Upton where four generations of Master Butchers have traded since 1856. The approach is nose-to-tail craft butchery, combining forgotten cuts and traditional technique with seam butchery, plus curing, smoking and charcuterie. The Traditional Shropshire Sausages took the title of UK Supreme Sausage Champion 2019; the home-cured dry bacon has won Gold at the Staffordshire Winter Fair for 20 consecutive years, and the shop took Shropshire Star Butchers of the Year in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
