The All Nations has brewed its own beer on a wooded hillside in Madeley since it was first licensed in 1832, one of only four brewhouse pubs left in the country still doing so. Two families ran the pub for its first 151 years before it closed briefly; Linda and Jim Birtwhistle bought the freehold in 2002 and reopened the brewhouse, with Andrew Brough now serving as head brewer after more than eight years there. House beers include All Nations Bitter, Eliza Lewis Pale Ale and Birt's Bitter, served alongside guest ales in a small, unmodernised bar with a log fire and beer garden opposite Blists Hill. The pub was named Telford & East Shropshire CAMRA's Town Pub of the Year for 2024 and has appeared in every edition of the Good Beer Guide.
