Retro Staycations

Six vintage American Airstream caravans sit in a meadow at Hazelgrove Farm, each restored and named individually: Lucille, Humphrey, Bing, Little Eva, Walt and Freya, dating from 1946 to 1970. The site succeeded Vintage Vacations, the original glamping operator here, which closed on 20 September 2021; several of the original caravans stayed on at the farm under new ownership. Each Airstream has its own micro-kitchen with a fridge, cooker, heater and toaster, plus an outdoor picnic bench, deck chairs, a barbecue and a log burner for cooler evenings. A farm shop on site sells produce grown and reared on the land. The 2026 season runs from 3 April to 29 September, with camping alongside the Airstreams for those without their own vintage van to bring.
