Smiths' Butchers on Market Street in Eastleigh is a family business now run by the third generation, with founder Les Smith still involved after decades in the trade. The shop sells dry-aged beef, home-cured bacon, black pudding and a wide range of handmade sausages, and also supplies local restaurants and pubs from its own butchery.
