Uncle Henry's trades from Grayingham Grange Farm near Gainsborough, and has run as a single-site farm shop for around twenty years. The on-site butchery sells home-reared and locally sourced meat, alongside a bakery counter, a deli selling cheeses and cooked meats, and a café serving breakfast, lunch and Sunday roasts. The shop also stocks fruit, vegetables and grocery lines from other Lincolnshire producers, plus firewood. A maize maze and a children's play area, known as the Secret Garden, run alongside the shop through the summer months. The business remains independently owned and run from this one farm site rather than as part of a chain, and marked its twentieth year of trading recently. The shop and café open daily, with the café kitchen closing earlier than the retail floor.
