Cerutti '2' occupies the former waiting room of Beverley railway station, a five-minute walk from the town centre, and has been run by chef Tina Cerutti since she opened it in 1989. She runs the kitchen alongside her brother Tony, working from a menu built largely around fish and shellfish rather than meat. A second branch once operated in Hull under the same family, closing in 2019 and leaving Station Square as the only site. The dining room keeps some of the fabric of the station building it occupies, including the high windows that once lit waiting passengers rather than diners. A three-course dinner runs to around thirty pounds a head. It closes on Mondays and Tuesdays and opens for dinner Wednesday to Saturday plus Sunday lunch, shorter hours than a typical high street restaurant keeps.
