Crossbill Gin distils small batches using wild botanicals hand-foraged in the Scottish Highlands, a recipe developed since 2013 before the operation moved to Glasgow's Barras in 2017. Based in a unit within the Barras Art and Design complex, the distillery runs a gin school and shop where visitors can taste and buy bottles on site.
