Gabrielle's Gallery

Gabrielle's Gallery occupies the old school building at Capel Cynon, near Ffostrasol outside Llandysul, where painter Gabrielle Dudley opened her studio and exhibition space in 2016. Dudley trained in fine art painting at Exeter College of Art as a teenager, paused to raise a family and work the family farm, then studied ceramics in her forties at the College of Art in Carmarthen. The gallery shows her oil paintings of Ceredigion landscapes, abstract realist work and hand-painted ceramic tiles, all made on site rather than bought in for resale. She also runs pottery and painting classes from the same building. The gallery operates from the single Old School premises rather than any branch network, with Dudley's work on permanent display there since it opened.
