Liverpool Gin Distillery& Bar

Liverpool Gin Distillery occupies a four-floor building on Castle Street in the city's business district, producing its own gin on a 600-litre copper still named Margaret on the ground floor. The same floor holds a gin bar stocking more than 40 gins, while a basement Dark Spirits Bar carries a wide selection of rum and whisky. Upstairs, a dedicated Gin Lab runs hands-on distilling sessions where visitors formulate and bottle their own gin to take home. The company was incorporated in 2017 and has operated from this single Castle Street address since opening. Cocktails made with the house gin are served throughout, and the ground-floor bar stays open into the early hours on weekend nights. It sits among Liverpool's Victorian former banking halls, a few minutes from the Town Hall.
