Mulberry House

Mulberry House occupies a Victorian property built in 1887 at 14 Arvon Avenue in Llandudno, a short walk from the pier, beach and the cable car to the Great Orme. It traded for years as Tegfan Guesthouse before being renamed in 2019, and was taken on by new owners Jackie and Dave in May 2021 when the building needed extensive work. Since then they have re-rendered the exterior, replaced the windows and roof, and refitted the bathrooms with new showers. The house has eight guest rooms, including four doubles overlooking the Great Orme, a single and a twin, alongside a front seating area and guest lounge. Breakfast is cooked using free-range and locally sourced produce and is included in every room rate. The guesthouse has been named a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice pick for three consecutive years.
