Butcher on Footscray Road in New Eltham, established in 1999. The founder, Fred, retired in 2018 and handed the shop to Aaron and Louis, who run it now. Beef, lamb, pork and chicken are UK farm-sourced with traceability kept on each line, and the ham, bacon and sausages are made in the shop. They also prepare ready meals.
