Norfolk Arms

The Norfolk Arms occupies a stone building on Town Street in Marple Bridge that dates from 1792, and has been run by landlord Ben Harley and his wife Kelly for fourteen years. It trades as a free house rather than a tied pub, which lets Harley choose from around five real ales at any time, usually sourced from breweries within the region rather than national suppliers. The kitchen serves a food menu built around burgers, loaded nachos and Yorkshire puddings with gravy, alongside cocktails and a beer garden used for outdoor seating in warmer months. An upstairs room is available to hire for private parties and receptions. Dogs are welcome throughout the ground floor, and the pub fills for televised football and rugby fixtures on its screens.
