PMR Jewellery

PMR Jewellery is the workshop and showroom of Peter M Roberts, a goldsmith and silversmith working from 137 High Street in Montrose. Roberts designs and handcrafts jewellery in gold and silver, drawing on the Celtic and Pictish carved stones found across Angus. Signature pieces include the Montrose Rose, Knot and Cross, designs unique to the shop and inspired by the town's history. Commissions, remodelling and repairs are carried out on the premises, and customers can discuss designs directly with Roberts in the showroom, working mostly to individual order rather than stocking a large ready-made range. The shop is a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. It opens Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday, with Wednesday and Sunday closed, serving both local customers and visitors travelling the Angus coast.
