Second-hand record shop opened by Pete Howard in 1977 with 700 LPs from his own collection, moving to its current Fog Lane premises in 1983. Noel and Liam Gallagher were regular teenage customers, and Oasis later referenced the shop and Howard, calling him Mr Sifter, in a 1994 song. Howard still runs the shop, selling vinyl, CDs and tapes.
