Sinclair's Kitchen occupies a former farm steading on the Arbroath road outside Forfar, run by chef proprietor Eden Sinclair. The menu draws on produce from Scotland's larder, working through wild game, Aberdeen Angus beef and vegetables grown in the restaurant's own polytunnel garden. Guests can choose a bar meal in the casual area or book the dining room for à la carte service. Thursday evenings are set aside for steak night, and Sunday brings a full roast lunch with all the trimmings. Set-price lunches run Wednesday to Saturday. Sinclair's Kitchen also caters private dinners and events off-site, drawing on the same seasonal sourcing used in the restaurant. Surrounded by open Angus farmland, the dining room looks out over fields rather than a town street, reflecting its countryside setting a short drive from Forfar.
