Owners Alex and Claire built the menu around ethically sourced loose-leaf teas from Suki and Kent & Sussex alongside coffee supplied by Caffia, serving breakfast, lunch and a full afternoon tea through the week. Baking is done in house, with vegan and gluten-free options offered alongside the standard cakes and scones. The teahouse keeps shorter hours than a typical café, opening at 10am on weekdays and closing by mid-afternoon, with longer service at weekends. Table numbers are limited by the size of the room behind the street, so the business relies on turnover across the day rather than scale. It trades as a single, independently owned premises rather than a chain outlet.
