An independent tea room on Oxford's High Street, trading since 1985 from a mock-Tudor building that forms part of St Edmund Hall's Besse Building. Scones are baked in-house through the day and served with a house Rose Garden blend alongside a list of more than fifty loose-leaf teas, plus breakfasts, sandwiches and salads made from locally sourced ingredients.
