Oli's Thai is a small independent restaurant on Magdalen Road in East Oxford, run by Rufus and Ladd Thurston and named after their children, Oli and Elle. It first opened in 2013, building a following for Thai cooking based on Ladd's family recipes, before closing in early 2022 so the couple could step back from the trade; it reopened on the same Magdalen Road site in September 2025. The restaurant seats around 28 people across bar seating and a handful of tables, with outdoor covers for walk-ins. Service is deliberately limited to five sittings a week, lunch on Wednesday and Friday, dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and bookings are taken online rather than by phone. Under-12s are not admitted because of the venue's licensing. It remains a single site with no other branches.
