Louise and Ian Fairburn took over the purpose-built farm shop and cafe between Market Rasen and Tealby in March 2023, on a site previously run as Sunnyside Up. Louise recruited butcher Dan Wright, who trained under Jim Sutcliffe at Meridian Meats in Louth, to run the counter, selling grass-fed Lincoln Red beef from Simon Herring's farm at Walesby alongside Gloucester Old Spot and Welsh White pork. The shop also sells rare-breed lamb from the Fairburns' own prize-winning Risby Flock of Longwools, established in 2004. Chef Tanya Lee runs the in-house cafe, where the all-day breakfast uses Dan's own Lincolnshire sausages. Coffee is single-origin Brazilian, bought directly rather than through a wholesaler. The shop and cafe open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.
