Three Hounds opened on Beckenham Road in the Clock House area in 2020, running as a beer café, bottle shop and microbrewery from a single site rather than a chain of bars. The taproom seats around forty inside with a further eight places out front, and the fridge holds more than a hundred and thirty bottled and canned beers alongside twenty rotating taps and four cask lines, plus wine, spirits and ciders for those not drinking beer. Customers can drink in or buy bottles to take home, and the shop takes both walk-ins and advance bookings for busier evenings. The tenure is a genuine freehouse, so the taps change with whatever the team has sourced that week rather than a fixed brewery contract.
