Toast House

Toast House is a small independent coffee shop on Leeds Road in Ilkley, built around a menu centred on toast and homemade baking. Sourdough comes from the Leeds Bread Co-op and is served with combinations such as honey and banana, miso butter, or olive oil and dukkah, alongside a breakfast menu of scrambled eggs and porridge served until quarter to noon. Coffee is roasted by North Star in Leeds, with tea from local suppliers and options including turmeric and chai lattes. Cakes, scones and banana loaf are baked in-house daily, with gluten-free versions available. Milk comes from Cow and Calf Dairy. The café is open Tuesday to Saturday and can be booked privately in the evenings and at weekends for small gatherings and meetings, outside its usual daytime service.
