Blue SkyCafé

A cafe in Ambassador Hall, at the rear of 236 High Street in Bangor, with a taproom, Blue Sky Bach, downstairs. Owner and head chef Matt Barlow drives a twice-yearly menu change and keeps plenty of vegetarian options; suppliers are local where possible, with fair trade teas and coffees and organic ingredients. Over 100 craft beers and spirits, locally roasted coffee, dogs welcome in the taproom. Closed Sundays; kitchen shuts at 3.45pm. Bookings by phone only.
