James Larman and Ashley opened Bohemia on St Neots market square in June 2016, combining a coffee house, bistro and tapas bar in one building. The venture roasts its own beans in an on-site micro-roastery, supplying the coffee served across breakfast, brunch and lunch menus that change with the seasons. A microbrewery was added in 2019, and the bar serves cocktails and small plates into the evening, with the space available for private hire after 6pm. The building sits in Cross Keys Mews just off the town centre, and blackboard specials rotate alongside a fixed menu of modern, informally served dishes. Bohemia has been recognised locally for both its café and restaurant sides of the business.
