Rebecca Tomlinson opened Bouquet Wine Cellar with her husband Lee in February 2024, taking a 1,518 square foot unit on the Old Hall Mill Business Park in Little Eaton. It is the only venue in the Derby area with an enomatic wine dispensing machine, letting customers taste measures from bottles that would otherwise sit unopened. The shop favours organic and ethically produced wine alongside locally roasted coffee, pastries, cheeseboards and Italian-style sandwiches, and runs themed tasting evenings covering old-world versus new-world wines and Spanish producers. Tomlinson spent seventeen years in the NHS before training in hospitality and retail, and also holds a law degree. Bouquet shares the business park with neighbours Blok Knives and Shiny Tap Brewery.
