Brae opened at 11 Hume Square in Chapelton, near Stonehaven, in the summer of 2022. Brunch runs from opening until 11.30am and lunch from midday to 2.30pm, with everything made in-house in small batches. The house blend comes from Aberdeen specialty roasters Figment. A side hatch, open whenever the café is, handles takeaways for those with dogs, prams or bikes, and outdoor seating and blankets are available. Sundays are hatch only.
