Traditional butcher's stall inside Freeman Street Market, on Grimsby's historic fish-processing quarter street. Makes its own pigs in blankets, stuffing balls and Christmas hampers alongside everyday cuts of meat. One of the few independent butchers still trading on a street once lined with similar shops.
