Matt Cheal's restaurant on Knowle High Street serves seasonal British food built around prime produce such as Cornish shellfish and Aberdeen Angus beef. The business began in Henley-in-Arden in 2016 before relocating to Knowle in 2023. It is listed in the Michelin Guide and remains independently run by its founding chef and small team.
