Crouch Ridge Estate sits on Fambridge Road at Althorne, looking over the Crouch Valley and the river. The Wine Barn, opened in June 2019, works as cellar door shop, tasting room and café, with a raised terrace above the vines and a chef's daily specials using local fish, meat and cheese. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris are grown for single-estate still and sparkling wines. Open Friday to Sunday, 11am to 6pm, March to October.
