HUSH Brewing Co. is a five-barrel microbrewery set up in 2021 by Chris and Simon, who met through Simon's home-brewing group, Northwich Homebrew Crew, before deciding to brew commercially together. The brewery operates from a unit on the Riverside Trading Estate on Navigation Road, on the edge of Northwich town centre, producing a rotating range of traditional cask ales alongside modern keg and can styles. A taproom attached to the brewery pours three changing beers straight from the tanks and hosts occasional live music nights. The venue has traded under a temporary licence while a permanent one is processed, so opening days have been limited to weekends around the end of each month; visitors are advised to check the brewery's social media for the current schedule before travelling. HUSH describes its ambition as becoming the everyday brewery for the town, brewing beer for people who live and work in Northwich rather than for wide distribution, selling directly from the taproom door and via local pubs and bottle shops.
