Jurassic Coast Guides runs private fossil walks and guided coastal tours from Charmouth, meeting clients at the Heritage Coast Centre on Lower Sea Lane before heading onto the beach to search the foreshore for ammonites and other finds exposed by the cliffs. Led by a qualified Mountain Leader with outdoor first aid training, the business has operated for around a decade and also offers corporate walks, charity walks and shore excursions for cruise passengers arriving at Portland Port.
