Kinkell Studio

Kinkell Studio is the working pottery of Jacquie Clark, based at West Lowbank Cottage by Kinkell Bridge outside Auchterarder. Clark throws and hand-builds functional stoneware, taking commissions and selling finished pieces from the studio shop. Rather than running fixed class terms, she offers individual tuition and small group sessions in wheel throwing and hand-building, arranged directly with visitors around her own working schedule. The studio opens to the public most Tuesdays, plus a run of dates in the weeks before Christmas, and participates each year in Perthshire Open Studios as venue number 65. Outside these times, visits are by prior arrangement through the studio's contact page. The setting is domestic rather than commercial: a converted space attached to the cottage rather than a purpose-built retail unit. Clark works alone from this single site.
